Penn State is well stocked for the long-term.


Like Retherford last year, how can you possibly replace Nolf and Bo? Starocci has a lot of promise and Joe Lee was highly ranked in high school.

RBY, Lee, Berge, Wittlake, Beard, and Starocci all have national title ceiling. Nevills was a highly ranked recruit but will spend most his collegiate career chasing Steveson.

149: Berge (R-Fr), Verkleeren (R-Fr)
157: Nolf (Sr), Lee (Fr - red shirting)
165: Joseph (Jr), Manville (R-Fr)
174: Hall (Jr), Wittlake (Fr - redshirting)
184: Shakur (Sr.), Starocci (HS Sr.)
197: Beard (Fr - gray shirting)
HWT: Seth Nevills (Fr - red shirting)

As mentioned, when you can recruit Manville and Verkleeren as primarily backups, your program is incredible shape.
